Stanford tour
17th July 2018
Day 8

We visited the Anatomy Lab this morning. We learnt more about human body parts by listening to short lectures by some medical students while looking at certain organs of cadavers. We also looked at muscles and nerves using the Anatomage and had fun imitating the dissection of bodies digitally.

We then had our Optical Phenomenon class. We broadened our horizons on Physics knowledge and the way how light works. It was a lot fun playing with different materials related to the different properties of light. The most memorable game was making our own hologram. We were even allowed to take our hologram home!

Lastly, we had our Fire Pit Night. We ate s'mores and roasted marshmallows on the fire pit. We also played Frisbees and took many beautiful photos. The most important thing was that we enhanced our friendship with students from different countries. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed it a lot.

All in all, we had a great time today and we will definitely treasure the remaining days here in Stanford.
