                                        Stanford Tour 2018 Day 3 Group 3

The day started off with the visual design thinking lesson and it was splendid! Firstly, we were all nervous as we considered ourselves as being untalented in visual art, yet our teacher, Bill led the lesson in a intriguing and fascinating way and we all enjoyed the lesson very much. We even had our lesson out of the classroom and that was the time when we all thought that sometimes we needed to have another environment to think out of the box and be inspired.

After lunch, we had the leadership training with our teacher, Chloe.  She was amiable and passionate at introducing qualities of being a supportive, confident and respectful leader. Chloe introduced a special kind of meditation, visualization. This exercise was really stress releasing and was perfect for us to calm down when we face unbreakable obstacles in daily life.  We also learnt to express our innermost opinions and feelings and contribute fullest to our society. This class was not only fruitful but also beneficial and meaningful as we constructed a better relationship with ourselves and bonded with the community.
